Author: Chaplain Dave DePue Ph.D.
Dave DePue invested a lifetime encouraging young men and women to embrace life principles for success. He earned a Ph.D. with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from The Ohio State University. Dave had an illustrious career in industry, taught in higher education for 20 years, and then served in the Kansas State Capitol for 30 years, spending the last dozen years as a volunteer chaplain. He remains deeply involved in the lives of legislators and other Kansas leaders, including Ambassador Sam Brownback. Dave and his wife Joyce live in Topeka, Kansas, where they have raised three grown children and recently celebrated 50 years of marriage.
